Tender data on our platform is sourced from public Saudi government portals (Etimad, Nupco). Your saved bids, notes, and pricing are private to your organization. We share data only with subprocessors required to run the service (hosting, email, analytics) and only as needed. We may disclose information when required by law.
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, organization-level access controls, and audited cloud infrastructure. No system is perfect — please report any concern to our security contact below.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request export or deletion at any time. After account closure, we may retain limited records as required by law (e.g., billing, audit) for up to seven years.
