These Terms govern your use of the Digital Portal for Healthcare platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Organization owners are responsible for actions taken by team members they invite.
You agree not to misuse the service: no scraping at volumes that degrade the platform, no reverse-engineering, no reselling access to non-licensed users, no use that violates Saudi law. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled. You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are issued at our discretion for service outages or billing errors. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of your bids, notes, pricing, and other data you add. You grant us a limited license to host and process this data only as needed to operate the service for you. Tender data shown on the platform is sourced from public government portals.
The Digital Portal for Healthcare platform, brand, and software are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission. The service is licensed, not sold.
You may close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, non-payment, or legal requirements. We will give reasonable notice when feasible.
The service is provided "as is". Tender data is sourced from third parties; we work hard to keep it accurate but don't guarantee completeness or timeliness. Always verify critical details against the original government portal before bidding.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh.
We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
